If you want your product to comply with all food safety regulations, to have a long shelf life while maintaining its vitamin content and mineral content, cold-pressing and high-pressure wage management can be the solution for you as well.

Preservation with high hydrostatic pressure is an extremely gentle process capable of guaranteeing high quality, freshness, microbiological safety and sufficient shelf life.

HPP HIGH PRESSURE PROCESS is a non-heat treatment, ultra-modern preservation process that preserves the freshness and natural characteristics of products. The products are placed in the HPP equipment, in a high-pressure water tank and at high pressure, which is transmitted to the product by the water medium (1000-6000Bar), we expose it to pressure. The shape and consistency of the product remain unchanged, since its pressure is the same in all parts of the product.

In 2021, our plant received numerous permits from HU, so we can handle both plant and animal products. we also have IFS certification, which ensures continuous high quality service for our customers.

Advantages of HPP technology:

 

– The product retains its freshness, taste, aroma and nutritional value at the time of manufacture, which means a much higher quality than traditional preservation processes.

– Destroys pathogens (Listeria, Salmonella, Vibrio, Norovirus, etc.), thereby increasing food safety!

It extends the shelf life of the product, thereby increasing consumer satisfaction. (Freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices retain their shelf life for up to 35 days).

Drastically reduces the amount of microbiological degradation materials, which means higher quality during shelf life.

– The use of various preservatives can be avoided or reduced to a large extent, thereby increasing the proportion of natural, additive-free foods.

– The innovative process increases the competitive advantage by preserving foods that were not previously available, e.g. by heat treatment.
