What is HPP technology?

High Pressure Processing is an ultra-modern treatment performed under extremely high water pressure at low temperatures, which provides many positive physiological effects and a serious competitive advantage in the food industry.

What products can be handled?

HPP technology is extremely widely and flexibly used to treat a variety of prepackaged, raw or processed foods, ready meals, meats, salads and bottled beverages.      

What are the advantages of HPP technology?

Thanks to the high pressure, without heat treatment, it increases the shelf life, preserves the natural taste and nutrient content of food, as well as destroys pathogens.

The HPP equipment

Our ultra-modern Hyperbaric HPP equipment exposes treated products to extremely high hydrostatic (water) pressures between 100 and 800 Mpa, which, among many other positive effects, destroys pathogens, increases shelf life and eliminates the need for heat treatment.
